Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 4pm daily.
The Project & Service Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Project Management and Service Management teams. This role is critical in ensuring installation and service activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across internal teams and customers.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Project Support
Support Project Managers throughout installation and project execution processes
Manage initial job activation, tracking, and status updates
Maintain job status boards and provide regular progress updates
Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to track parts and support safety stock levels
Work with the CAD department to ensure timely delivery and tracking of program requirements
Assist Project Managers in planning and facilitating weekly installation meetings
Track job completions and perform project-specific closeout tasks
Coordinate required change orders with Project Managers
Communicate job status updates to customers as needed
Service Support
Support Service Managers by reviewing open service and ATM call reports
Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure service calls are current and addressed
Assist Service Managers in planning and facilitating weekly service meetings
Track service call completions and perform service-specific closeout duties
Coordinate required change orders with Service Managers
Warehouse & Inventory Support
Assist with daily parts receiving
Support inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy required
Database knowledge preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
