This role is perfect for problem-solvers who love variety, value professionalism, and take pride in top-notch service. If you have experience with banking equipment like drive-up systems, pneumatic units, safes, or night drops, we want to hear from you!
Your days will never look the same. From opening vaults to cutting keys, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping critical security systems running smoothly. Key duties include:
Installing, servicing & repairing mechanical/electrical locking devices
Disassembling locks (padlocks, safes, vaults, doors, teller units, etc.)
Changing lock combinations, cutting keys, and picking locks
Drilling open safes and vaults (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds)
Keeping detailed records of locks, keys, and parts
Maintaining inventory, tools, and your company truck like a pro
Delivering excellent customer service with clear communication and follow-through
Ensuring every job meets our high-quality and safety standards
Sharing your expertise by mentoring junior techs (as needed)
5–10 years of locksmith or related technical experience (or equivalent training)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to travel occasionally for short assignments (up to one week)
Strength to handle up to 100 lbs (with accommodation if needed)
A customer-first mindset and professional appearance
