As a Service Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced Lead Service Technicians, gaining the technical know-how and real-world experience you need to grow and succeed. You’ll be helping install and maintain cutting-edge security and electronic systems, troubleshoot tech in the field, and make our clients feel safe, secure, and supported.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the installation and service of electronic and physical security systems.

• Shadow and support a Lead Technician to gain valuable in-field experience and training.

• Pull wire, install hardware, and help configure equipment on job sites.

• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

• Keep things organized from tools and inventory to documentation and timesheets.

• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Travel to job sites and help maintain the company vehicle in top shape.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A high school diploma or GED.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• A strong work ethic and a professional appearance.

• Great time management and communication skills.

• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet.

• Willingness to travel occasionally and learn new technologies.

• Bonus points for customer service or hands-on technical experience.
