Project Administrator - National Accounts

Department: CORPORATE ADMIN
Location:

Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our Corporate Admin Team supporting the retail projects of our largest national customer. This position will work closely with the VP of National Accounts, National Accounts Project Manager, and other team members through the entire coordination process on customer projects.

Location: This position must be located near a CSG Center location and will be a hybrid position with at least 3 days in the office a week.

Pay: This position pays $60K - $65K year.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Supports Project Manager through the installation process.
2. Manages initial job activation and tracking – this can include creating proposals and quotes.
3. Coordinates with purchasing, implementations and warehouse teams to track parts status. As well as helping maintain safety stock levels for the program and material forecasting.

4. Coordinates with CAD department to ensure timely delivery of program requirements and tracking.
5. Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed – will be working with local centers to secure resources and confirming material for install readiness.
6. Supports PM in planning and facilitating weekly installation meetings – will lead project calls or attend project calls as needed to support the PM.
7. Tracks job completions and performs project specific closeout duties – including over/under prep work and margin review to support PM.
8. Coordinates necessary change orders with Project Manager.
9. Communicates with customers on job status daily and overall project status as needed. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Problem solving skills and comfort with dynamic environment essential for growth.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy a must (including PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel). Strong knowledge of Excel is needed.
• DataBase knowledge

Education/Experience:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
