Project Manager - Arizona & New Mexico

Department: ARIZONA ADMIN
Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are currently accepting applications for the role of Project Manager for the Arizona and New Mexico Centers. This position is responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish for both centers and partnering closely with the general manager and senior leadership team. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.

Location: This position is based out of the Arizona Center

Pay: $75K-$80K base salary + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule all installation projects and communicate timelines to employees, customers, and the General Manager.
  • Coordinate with lead installation technicians to integrate electronic, hard-iron, and ATM construction into the master calendar.
  • Maintain and update the Master Installation Spreadsheet (MIS).
  • Prepare installation budgets, job folders, and required information for technicians beginning installations each week.
  • Ensure all installation projects remain within established budgets.
  • Coordinate necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and senior management.
  • Manage installations from initiation through completion—including reviewing initial quotes, scheduling, budget oversight, and ensuring all required installation completion forms are submitted prior to invoicing.
  • Conduct quality assurance visits to customer sites and support installation teams as needed.
  • Communicate all installation timing changes to customers and update internal calendars and communications accordingly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Management & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly installation and service schedules, along with status reports, to the General Manager, CFO, and President.
  • Assist the General Manager with annual employee reviews, including documentation and salary recommendations.
  • Participate in interviewing and evaluating potential new hires.
  • Review weekly over/under billing and WIP reports and follow up with service dispatch regarding outstanding unbilled costs.
  • Print weekly job probability detail sheets and reconcile with warehouse inventory.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role manages non-supervisory employees and carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Duties include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
